One10 Social Impact Grant recipient WomenCAN Australia and founder Mikaela Stafrace is looking for someone to help establish it’s #FacilitiesMaintenance and #HomeServices Business.
Ideally you will have:
> trades qualification in plumbing, painting, electrical or carpentry
> 5-10 years experience in building and managing an FM business
> interest in working with an amazing team
> capacity to work initially as a volunteer and over time, into a paid position
> a will-do attitude
> an interest to help women to become work ready and confident in a trade.
A bit about WomenCAN Australia:
WCA are a startup business that offers tradeswomen to provide Facilities Maintenance Services to women in their homes.
Their offer includes dexterous trades, gardening, cleaning and community navigator services
They offer #FM Services to crisis accommodation, expanding to women in other residential settings.
They have a charity called The Placement Circle that is connecting communities of peer supported women to vocational #training and #employment.
