“Social innovation is the process of developing and deploying effective solutions to challenging and often systemic social and environmental issues in support of social progress.

“Social innovation is not the prerogative or privilege of any organisational form or legal structure. Solutions often require the active collaboration of constituents across government, business, and the nonprofit world.”

The SI100 Book

A key feature of the Social Innovation 100 is a digital and ‘print ready’ book that profiles all top 100 finalists, category winners, sponsors, partners and supporters.

The SI100 Book will enable us to share the stories of each finalist, their social innovation and impact. It also connects the sponsors, partners & supporters with the wider ‘tribe’ and acts as a great marketing and promotional tool for the finalists.

Research into Social Innovation

Insights.

As an emerging but important concept, we feel Social Innovation requires a greater level of understanding, recognition, and reporting.

The definition needs communicating and the stories, lessons, research and successes of those operating in the sectors needs to be shared.

The SI100 Recognition and Awards program will address this problem through recognition, data-gathering, analysis and then high quality storytelling and reporting, to inspire all generations.

Reporting.

The Social Innovation 100 will be the leading annual recognition program and research platform for Social Innovation, globally...

With our research partners we will collect valuable data from each submission with the purpose to understand and report on the current status and performance of Social Innovation across the globe.

Insights and outcomes will be developed into the annual report and made available via the website.
