We have designed a 6-month and 12-month executive coaching program tailored specifically for executives and/or teams working within social enterprises. This program has been designed to align with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) best practices.
Executive Coaching Program Overview
Here's the structure for the coaching program:
Program Overview:
Duration: 6 Months or 12 Months
Frequency: Monthly sessions
Target Audience: Executives, leaders and teams in social enterprises
Focus Areas: Leadership development, strategic decision-making, and personal growth
Technology: We utilise an innovative coaching technology platform & Mobile App to ensure an excellent experience
Initial Phase: Diagnostic Assessment (Month 1)
Objective: Understand the executive's / teams current competencies, challenges, and organisational context.
Tools: Assessments such as 360-degree feedback, SWOT analysis for personal and professional aspects, and tailored questionnaires focusing on social enterprise challenges.
Outcome: A personalised development plan aligning individual / team goals with organisational mission and values.
Monthly Coaching Sessions (Months 2-11)
Each session would be approximately 60 minutes and follows a recognised coaching framework, such as the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), ensuring alignment with ICF standards.
Session Structure:
· Review and Reflect: Discuss progress and challenges since the last session.
· Goal Setting: Define specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for the next month.
· Exploration and Strategy Development: Deep dive into specific topics such as leadership styles, decision-making, strategies, team dynamics, and personal growth.
· Action Planning: Develop a concrete plan for achieving goals, including identifying resources and support needed.
· Accountability Mechanisms: Establish how progress will be tracked and measured.

Personal well-being and work-life balance
Final Phase: Program Review and Future Planning (Month 6 or 12)
Objective: Evaluate overall progress and set a path for continuous development.
Activities: Review achievements against initial goals, discuss long-term career and personal aspirations, and develop a future self-directed learning plan.
Feedback: Collect feedback on the coaching experience to refine future offerings.
Additional Program Components:
Workshops and Webinars: Quarterly workshops on relevant topics like industry trends, leadership in a changing world, etc.
Peer Learning Groups: Facilitated small groups for shared learning and support among participants.
Resource Library: Access to curated resources, including articles, case studies, and tools specific to social enterprises.
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
Regular check-ins to assess the effectiveness of the program.
Mid-program and end-program feedback surveys.
Adaptations to the program based on ongoing feedback and emerging trends in the field.
