Geoff started his entrepreneur journey at the age of 19 and has started and exited businesses across a variety of sectors including interior design, hospitality, construction, energy efficiency, and more.
Geoff is passionate about social enterprise and with an extensive commercialisation background he wants to help accelerate social businesses. He currently manages his own portfolio of 15 companies.

Bronwyn is an experienced not for profit and start up CEO who is recognised for being innovative and “ideas rich”, with the ability to maintain strong budget control.Recently the CEO of Think Pink and previously the General Manager Strategic Change and Development, Carers Victoria, Development Manager of Victorian Opera, National Partnership Manager of National Year of Reading and founding Executive Director of the State Library of WA. A strong academic background has also supported her “other career” as a lecturer in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Understanding entrepreneurship she recently launched her apps business: Bronz Apps and went live with Bully Buster an iPhone app designed to document workplace bullying.
Partner, Corporate Programs
Jane is a leader in education, facilitation and training and a strategic thinker in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.
She has worked with government, industry and community organisations around the world to develop state of the art programs that educate different sectors of the community about their place in the natural world.
Her children’s program became the standard in classrooms across Australia, the United Kingdom, California and the United Arab Emirates.
Jane leads One10’s Corporate Programs team including the Corporate Accelerator Program, Innovation Challenges and Grants and Partnerships and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) Initiative.
Associate, Impact Investing
Thygan supports One10 clients with investment raises, investor relations and manages the One10 deal room.
He works closely with Geoff to source, analyse and manage international and local social enterprises and manage the investible process of impact investments.
Thygan also assists with events, consultancy and general administration.
Coordinator, Digital Marketing and Communications
Working alongside the Engagement and Impact Lead, Kat is responsible for digital marketing and communications. She manages a wide range of projects across different platforms.
Her responsibilities include messaging and communications, social media and event management, content development + copywriting for email campaigns, blog and website CMS.
